At AusterFit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and free of wear.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
